Shipping
We strive to get your apparel delivered as quick as possible. Most of our products leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days (Unless otherwise stated under the product)
We use quick delivery couriers depending on the destination. For Example, DHL and PostNL
Once an order is dispatched, the customer recieves a tracking code by email to be able to follow the package online
There is a possibility for delays by the couriers. For example holidays and vacations
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping depending on the Destination address as follows:
- Free shipping from €39 to Netherlands
- Orders not eligible for free shipping are charged €5,95 for shipping
- Free shipping from €85 to EU

Orders not eligible for free shipping are charged €12,95 for shipping

Free shipping from €179 worldwide
- Orders not eligible for free shipping are charged €19,95 EUR for shipping
Our goods are shipped from our locations in the Netherlands and dispatched within 1-3 business days (unless othewise stated on the product page)
Returns:

Orders can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and the same condition as delivered. Unpacking or trying on the product is only acceptable to the extent necessary to judge whether or not you wish to keep the product
- SPECIAL or CUSTOMIZED orders cannot be returned
- In case we suspect that an item was used or damaged by the customer, the return request will not be accepted
- In case the customer wants to return an order, they should email info@ride-code.nl for retun instructions
- Orders are shipped back at the cost of the customer
Refunds and Exchanges
- Goods will be inspected upon arrival. If the return goods meet the above mentioned conditions in the returns section. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
- We do our best to process your refund within 2 to 10 working days after the goods arrive to us
- If a customer wishes to make an exchange. They should just email us at info@ride-code.nl and we will help them further
